Meet Attorney Chahbazi

Attorney Meenoo Chahbazi is dedicated to helping Arizona employees navigate and find the best path that meets their interests. She has many years of experience representing employees who have been subjected to sexual or race harassment, disability discrimination, denial of reasonable accommodations, unlawful retaliation, and denial of hard-earned wages and benefits.   A graduate of Harvard University and a former Trial Attorney for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Ms. Chahbazi will harness her extensive experience and passion for employment equality in her representation of clients.   Both at the EEOC and in private practice, Ms. Chahbazi has worked on a number of class action cases and is also currently focusing her practice on class action litigation. Hardworking, intelligent, and personable, Ms. Chahbazi strives to help her clients make the best decision given their unique circumstances.

Educational Background and Credentials

Ms. Chahbazi received her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. She graduated from Harvard Law School, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate degree. After graduating from Harvard, Ms. Chahbazi clerked for Chief Justice Dana Fabe with the Alaska Supreme Court, and then clerked with Judge Lawrence B. Hagel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. From there, she worked at a national class action law firm where she litigated high profile, class action discrimination and wage and hour cases. Because she wanted to make a difference and serve those who were most in need of help, Ms. Chahbazi joined the U.S. EEOC as a Trial Attorney and sought relief for charging parties who had been discriminated against. Ms. Chahbazi then took a position as Partner at a law firm representing employees before starting her own law practice. She is licensed to practice and active in Arizona and California.
